Senior SRE Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will be the bridge between software development and operations, ensuring reliable speed in delivering services to clients. Your responsibilities will include defining SLIs and SLOs, creating observability systems, analyzing failure scenarios, creating runbooks, reducing non-value-adding work, and participating in incident management, including On-Call Duty. You feel comfortable taking the lead, making decisions, and inspiring others to take action. 
 

Requirements

• Capability of leading and coaching a development team to make informed choices
• Leadership and communication skills
• Experienced in 24x7 incident management for high-value, high-traffic online services
• Corporate environment and programming/scripting expertise
• Basic knowledge of serverless services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in monitoring systems (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus) and pipelining tools (GitHub, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with microservices technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system thinking
• Worked in a DevOps context
• Familiarity with technologies like Datadog, Argos CI/CD, Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS
• Experience in publicly accessible, highly available eCommerce platforms
• International collaboration with on- and off-shore teams
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 or above)
