LibreOffice Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced and certified Senior LibreOffice Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LibreOffice development and will have made significant contributions to the LibreOffice core.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex LibreOffice applications according to project requirements.
• Contribute to the LibreOffice core by developing new features and optimizing existing ones.
• Work collaboratively with the LibreOffice community, actively participating in discussions and decision-making processes.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with LibreOffice applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest LibreOffice developments and participate in relevant training and certification programs.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Certified LibreOffice Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in LibreOffice development.
• Proven track record of contributions to the LibreOffice core.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
• Extensive knowledge of LibreOffice applications, modules, and their APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
