Position Overview: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focus)

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end focus, you’ll lead the development of responsive, high-quality user interfaces and support back-end integration as needed. Utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, you’ll deliver smooth, real-time interactions and implement WebSocket-based solutions for bidirectional communication. This role is perfect for an engineer passionate about building performant, user-friendly applications and thrives in collaborative settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, focusing on user experience and clean, maintainable code.
• Implement real-time, bidirectional communication with WebSockets to enable interactive browser-based features.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to create well-integrated features that meet user needs and product goals.
• Continuously optimize front-end performance to ensure responsiveness, scalability, and stability in high-traffic applications.
• Contribute to code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring interfaces are engaging, accessible, and optimized for usability.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in front-end or full-stack development, with a focus on building high-quality front-end applications.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with expertise in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication and hands-on knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Foundational experience in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python) and familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in optimizing front-end performance and diagnosing complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
