Senior Data Scientist (Azure ML + LLM)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Azure Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI to join a global enterprise team focused on building intelligent solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying advanced ML models on Azure and a passion for transforming data into business value.

Responsibilities
    •    Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Azure ML and related cloud services.
    •    Develop, fine-tune, and implement LLM-based solutions for use cases such as knowledge retrieval, document processing, and conversational AI.
    •    Collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate models into production environments.
    •    Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and optimize performance.
    •    Create data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and ML lifecycle automation.
    •    Ensure model reproducibility, scalability, and governance using MLOps best practices.
    •    Stay current with advancements in ML/AI, particularly in the areas of Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI Services.

Requirements
    •    5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
    •    Strong experience with Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI.
    •    Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and fine-tuning for domain-specific use cases.
    •    Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
    •    Experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps frameworks.
    •    Strong understanding of data engineering principles, distributed computing, and model monitoring.
    •    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    •    Fluent in English and comfortable working in a distributed, global environment.
