UX/UI Designers

We’re looking for UX/UI Designers (Designer or Lead level) with experience in B2B mobile and application UX, ideally within fintech. The role focuses on building scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent user experiences, with lead-level ownership over product consolidation and platform unification across complex ecosystems.

UX Designer – Design Systems & Component Libraries

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain design systems, including reusable components, tokens, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align design and implementation.
• Contribute to design system documentation and best practices.
• Support product teams by applying system components to real product use cases.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a UX / Product Designer working with design systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability principles.
• Experience working in component-based design and design-to-code workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on scalable UI patterns.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.

Lead UX Designer – Product Consolidation & System Unification

Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation of multiple products into unified platforms and experiences.
• Establish, scale, and govern shared design systems across teams and products.
• Define and drive a cross-product UX strategy, ensuring alignment across tools and teams.
• Partner with product leadership, engineering, and stakeholders to influence roadmap and architectural decisions.
• Mentor designers and elevate design practices across the organization.
• Own design system direction, evolution, and long-term scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead UX / Product Designer.
• Proven success leading multi-product unification or platform redesign initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of scalable UX architecture, accessibility, and system governance.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
