Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of a healthcare platform's technology offerings. Focused on solving real challenges in the healthcare setting with Generative AI technology, you'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions by designing, developing, and optimizing the platform. 

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major engineering roadmap initiatives, transforming product vision and requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure systems, emphasizing code quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with Product to align engineering deliverables with business objectives, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Engage in decision-making processes regarding the adoption of new technologies and the balance between building custom solutions versus third-party integrations.
• Act as a versatile team player, contributing to various aspects of the development lifecycle and participating in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in building distributed applications.
• Proven expertise as a Full Stack Engineer, with experience using modern web development frameworks and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and performant solutions on AWS.
• Hands-on coding expertise, particularly with core technology stack: NestJS, Node.js, Angular (Version 13+), TypeScript, AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, S3, Cognito, SES, among others), Terraform, GitHub
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and delivery
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to navigate change and uncertainty with resilience and a forward-looking approach.
• An effective communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively across different audiences and collaboration formats.
• Results-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals through perseverance, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering value to customers.
