Product Manager

We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for one of our clients, a fast-scaling self-service platform built on open-source technology. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of a product that empowers thousands of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user workflows, needs, and pain points to shape a customer-first product roadmap.
• Define, prioritize, and execute on the self-service product strategy, balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Customer Journey teams to deliver seamless, consistent experiences across all touchpoints.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and growth initiatives.
• Measure feature success, monitor key metrics, and use insights to optimize adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee existing offerings while guiding users through transitions toward modernized solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or technical products (developer-focused products a plus).
• Strong technical background, comfortable discussing APIs, architecture, and the software development lifecycle with engineers.
• Proven experience growing products and working with key SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of turning feedback into product opportunities.

Bonus points 

• Experience in open-source or developer-centric products.
• Previous work in high-growth or startup environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise self-service models and user acquisition funnels.
