Sveltekit Developer

We are in search of an experienced Sveltekit Developer to join a dynamic team. An adept Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience, proficient in UI development and Backend Java. Proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, working closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Svelte, and Sveltekit.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java, MongoDB, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Work in Agile teams to deliver against strict timelines and adhere to Agile principles.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Meet or exceed project KPIs, metrics, and status reporting requirements.
• Ensure completion of user stories by the team and proactively remove blockers hindering progress.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prioritize tasks and drive completion of user stories.
• Continuously improve development practices and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, backend development, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Svelte, Sveltekit, and Builder.IO for building modern user interfaces.
• Strong experience in Java backend development, utilizing MongoDB and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Worked in Agile teams, delivering against strict timelines and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed project KPIs, metrics, and status reporting requirements.
• Capable of proactively identifying and removing blockers to ensure smooth progress of development tasks.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prioritize tasks and drive completion of user stories.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
