RPA Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary RPA Architect to join the team and lead the way in automating critical business processes. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of RPA technology, process optimization, and software development to design, implement, and govern a robust RPA program across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential automation opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, selecting the right tools and technologies, and overseeing the development and deployment of efficient, scalable, and secure RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's RPA strategy and roadmap, aligning with business needs and objectives.
• Possess extensive experience with leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or WorkFusion.
• Utilize expertise in Visual Studio and scripting languages like VB Scripting, C#, or VB.NET for solution development and integration.
• Preference for .NET developers with deep RPA experience and understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and evaluate potential automation opportunities across different departments and functions.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and translate complex requirements into actionable automation solutions.
• Design and architect scalable and secure RPA solutions, considering factors like performance, reusability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Monitor and analyze RPA performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize automation effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging RPA technologies and trends, and recommend necessary adaptations to the program.
• Provide guidance and support to developers and other team members involved in RPA initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the RPA team.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 4-5 years specifically in Robotic Process Automation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing RPA programs, delivering significant business value.
• In-depth knowledge of various RPA tools and their capabilities, including scripting languages and integration options.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and scripting languages like VB Scripting, C#, or VB.NET.
• Preference for .NET developers with extensive experience in RPA projects and architecture design.
• Strong understanding of process optimization, software development life cycle (SDLC), and best practices for enterprise-grade RPA deployments.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
