Chatbot Engineer (Conversational AI / LLM)

We are looking for a Chatbot Engineer experienced in Conversational AI, LLMs, and Azure OpenAI to design and implement intelligent chatbot solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about building conversational systems that combine creativity, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities
    •    Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI systems using LLMs and Azure Cognitive Services.
    •    Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems, APIs, and existing platforms (CRM, ERP, or knowledge bases).
    •    Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for contextual understanding, response generation, and multi-turn dialogue handling.
    •    Implement analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve chatbot performance.
    •    Collaborate with product teams to define conversational flows and ensure seamless user experiences.
    •    Build scalable architectures for multi-channel chatbot deployment (web, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.).
    •    Research and implement best practices for secure, compliant, and accessible chatbot interactions.

Requirements
    •    8+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering, with a focus on conversational AI or chatbot development.
    •    Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and Azure OpenAI Service.
    •    Proficiency with Python, Node.js, or C#, and experience working with REST APIs.
    •    Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar frameworks is a plus.
    •    Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering for dialogue management.
    •    Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context management.
    •    Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
    •    Fluent in English and comfortable working in a distributed, cross-functional team.
