Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in .NET and cloud technologies to design and implement scalable solutions. You will collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. You'll be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions, integrating cloud services, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all phases of a software project and supervise them from a technical viewpoint (sometimes in the pre-sales phase too).
• Supervise or perform analysis, technical design and architecture of the solutions.
• Present technical solution to the project manager, as well as to the customer, when requested.
• Provide technical coaching for team members.
• Define and allocate technical tasks to team members, offers support in their realization, monitor the evolution, ensure that they are carried out correctly and completely from a technical point of view.
• Customizations and configurations.
• Offers support to clients post go-live (for complex situations) or ensure that the team properly resolve the incidents.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with programming experience.
•  5+ years of design and development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVVC, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure.
• Previous systems integrations experience.
• BI/reporting knowledge medium level.
• JavaScript medium level.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, or other platforms, data migration would be a big plus.
  Others:
• Previous background as consultant, developer that has evolved to a position of lead/ software architect/ technical project manager.
• Very good people, communication and presentation skills, native oriented to increase the level of competences inside the team.
• Negotiation skills.
• Deliver quality to our clients and create good working relations with them.
• Flexible person with good understanding of priorities in business and in the projects.
• Very good English skills (both oral and written)
