Senior iOS Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, top-tier Senior iOS Developer who will play a key role throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, creating solutions that are both technically sound and visually impressive. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coding skills, a keen eye for UI/UX, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and estimate technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop new user-facing features for iOS and Apple TV platforms using Swift.
• Build reusable components and libraries to support scalability and efficiency.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize application performance across devices including mobile phones, tablets, and TVs.
• Define architecture for digital solutions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Apply sound software engineering principles with a strong emphasis on user experience.
• Plan and implement modular, robust, and testable codebases.
• Coordinate and support the work of a team of iOS engineers to ensure consistent delivery.
• Contribute to and enforce engineering standards, code conventions, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and UI trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Practice agile development within a Scrum framework, participating in regular ceremonies and sprints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior iOS Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Thorough understanding of the Apple system Frameworks like Foundation, UIKit, AVFoundation, StoreKit and more.
• Practice of Unit Testing using XCTest.
• Familiarity with Apple app submission, code signing and iTunes account administration.
• A knack for instrumentation testing and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and build automation systems.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
