UiPath Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and proficient UiPath Senior Developer to join the team and play a key role in automating critical business processes. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of RPA and development skills to design, develop, and implement complex automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and build robust and scalable automations that drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Possess extensive experience with process automation tools and UiPath features, including RE framework, exception handling, activities, and integrations.
• Utilize expertise in Visual Studio and scripting languages like VB Scripting, C#, or VB.NET for effective solution development.
• Preference for .NET developers with proven RPA experience and a strong understanding of automation frameworks.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering process automation projects, including experience with integration tasks.
• Effectively collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and maintainable automations.
• Possess basic knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server 2012 or later versions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and concise communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, with a proven track record of success using UiPath.
• In-depth hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and various automation tools.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and scripting languages like VB Scripting, C#, or VB.NET.
• Preference for .NET developers with extensive experience in RPA projects.
• Experience in any process automation/integration IT projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable automation solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC and commitment to building high-quality automations.
• Basic knowledge of database management, preferably SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
