ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking highly experienced ServiceNow Certified Master Architects (CMAs) or Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) to join the virtual Solution Architecture team and support our client's sales and deal-shaping efforts. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to structure sales opportunities and shape deals.
• Provide expert advice on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solution architecture blueprints.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the client's ServiceNow practice.

Requirements

• Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation from ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture design and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform technologies, including ITSM, CMDB, and PAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture principles and best practices.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
