UiPath Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UiPath Lead to join the team and take charge of the automation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing complex UiPath solutions, and driving automation excellence across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, evaluate automation opportunities, and ensure the efficient and successful delivery of RPA projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UiPath developers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Possess extensive experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and various automation tools and features.
• Design and architect scalable and robust UiPath solutions, considering performance, reusability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the development and implementation of UiPath projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and evaluate potential automation opportunities, assessing feasibility and potential impact.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath advancements and best practices, and implement them within the team.
• Develop and maintain automation documentation and standards.
• Monitor and analyze automation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize outcomes.
• Share your knowledge and expertise through training and mentorship within the team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Requirements

• 8 years of IT experience, with at least 2-4 years specifically in UiPath development and project delivery.
• Proven track record of leading and managing RPA teams and projects successfully.
• In-depth knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and various automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and scripting languages like VB Scripting, C#, or VB.NET.
• Preference for .NET developers with extensive experience in UiPath projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address automation challenges.
• Leadership qualities to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members.
• Basic knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
