Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in Python development, cloud technologies, and system architecture to lead the development efforts and drive the creation of robust, scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software concepts and solutions that align with business requirements.
• Design and maintain system documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across development teams.
• Set up and manage development environments, including continuous integration (CI) processes.
• Contribute to the design of test strategies, selecting appropriate tools and methods to ensure high-quality software solutions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.
• Execute component, module, and module group tests to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Assist with the deployment and go-live processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development objectives with business goals and user needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with Python development in a professional environment.
• Proficient in AWS RedShift, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
• Strong understanding of Git for version control, with at least 5 years of usage.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, preferably with Oracle, and a solid track record of 5+ years.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
