Senior Full-Stack Engineer

 We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers for an AI health project, focusing on Python backend, database refactor, NLP/RAG optimization, and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and clean the database to create a scalable schema.
• Optimize NLP/RAG pipelines for speed and cost-effective LLM usage.
• Refactor backend services to align with the new architecture.
• Test and stabilize the refactored system for launch readiness.

Requirements

• Strong backend skills with Python/AI backend experience.
• Hands-on experience with NLP/RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML.
• Deep expertise in database schema design, refactoring, and query optimization.
• Proven full-stack development experience (no UX needed).
• Ability to work in a distributed, international team.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
