Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional Project Manager. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, adeptness in managing IT development projects using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies, and a keen ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising between Product Management, Development Management, and business stakeholders to foster transparent communications.
• Working closely with Enterprise Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, Development managers, and key stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
• Identifying and tracking deliverables while gathering and documenting project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Supporting the identification of critical dependencies and risks likely to impact cost, time, and quality, early in the project life cycle.
• Escalating any issues as appropriate and owning them through to resolution.
• Supporting Agile Delivery within a matrix organization.
• Creating and maintaining all project documentation, reporting, and project plans.
• Tracking and reporting project progress to the stakeholders with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, planning, people, and team-building skills.
• Conflict resolution to understand various obstacles and apply negotiation skills to find optimal solutions.
• Familiar working in a Matrix organization working with scrum teams, executive management, IT, etc., located across the globe.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall approach.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to identify, track, and manage risk.
• Experience in developing and executing plans, producing meeting minutes (when required), keeping track of action item lists, and operating under tight time constraints.

Additional Skillset:

• Experience in payment and finance industry projects related to Risk and Compliance.
• Exceptional communication abilities with high-level stakeholders.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE 2) considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Agile, Miro board.
• Understanding of IT systems, Information Security, and applications.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams in culturally diverse environments across different locations and time zones.
