Data Visualization Engineer

We’re seeking a talented Data Visualization Engineer who can turn complex datasets into engaging, easy-to-understand visual insights. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, design dynamic dashboards, and create impactful reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Your work will empower teams to make data-driven decisions by presenting clear, compelling stories through data. Strong analytical skills, data manipulation expertise, and a solid grasp of best practices in visualization are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop impactful data visualizations tailored to business needs, driving clarity and insight for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing projects.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify key use cases and define project requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and project meetings, contributing to strong client relationships.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices and standards for delivering top-notch reporting solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, solving real-world business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think conceptually.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other leading data visualization tools.
• Basic SQL skills and an understanding of relational and dimensional database structures.
• A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in end-user training, handovers, and deployment activities.
• Ability to provide consulting and technical support to end-users, ensuring compliance with internal and external processes and regulations.res.
