UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative Web & Motion Designer who can turn concepts into bold, scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll combine strong UI/UX foundations, motion design, and illustration skills to create engaging digital experiences across web, social, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into visually striking, high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Web Design (Essential)

• Design polished, user-focused web experiences with a strong understanding of:
• UI design fundamentals
• UX principles
• Responsive design
• Web constraints (performance, accessibility, layout systems)
• Tools: Figma & Photoshop

2. Motion & UX Animation (Very Important)

• Elevate digital experiences through motion:
• Micro-interactions
• Animated social content
• Marketing motion graphics
• Explainer animations
• Website motion concepts

3. Illustration & Brand Personality

• Bring uniqueness and character to the brand through:
• Vector illustration (Illustrator)
• Custom icons
• Character or brand illustration
• Creating visual assets from scratch

4. Creative Image Creation

• Develop compelling, high-impact visuals:
• Photo compositing
• Digital artwork
• Visual storytelling
• AI-assisted image/video generation
• Concept art and campaign visuals

Requirements

• Lead the visual design of web and digital experiences from concept to final delivery
• Create high-quality UI designs aligned with UX best practices and brand guidelines
• Develop engaging motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animated marketing assets
• Produce original illustrations, icons, and visual assets that enhance brand identity
• Design scroll-stopping visuals for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and polished outputs
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal stakeholders
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
