Solution Architect

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join a dynamic team in supporting with the post-merger integration process. As a key member of the project, you will work closely with the team, the architects and developers to ensure a smooth and successful integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan and execute the migration of systems and data.
• Analyze, design, and communicate both the current and target architecture for the integrated landscape.
• Advise on the development of the target architecture, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives.
• Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders on both sides.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of core banking systems (e.g., BANCOS), including typical interfaces, protocols, and integration considerations.
• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) in the banking industry.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
