UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application design, with an emphasis on creating exceptional user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs that not only prioritize ease of use but also enhance the joy of use.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for applications, with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
• Exhibit expertise in application design, differentiating from e-commerce or website design experience.
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, to create and iterate on designs.
• Apply essential UX laws, including Hick's law, similarity, proximity, and other relevant design principles like typography, layout, and color theory.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UI & UX design experience with familiarity both in Web and Mobile.
• A rich portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contribution.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 
• Familiarity with InVision, Photoshop * Illustrator.
• Understand & apply UX laws & design principles. 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
