Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape products for leading sports and entertainment OTT offerings. This role will focus on discovering, defining, and prioritizing new features while driving product ownership and delivery across a rapidly growing product space.

The Senior Product Manager will join a focused product team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver key initiatives for a prominent sports rights-holder. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Sports, Media & Entertainment, and the Video Streaming landscape.

The role is responsible for driving both customer and business value through the management of a global software product—from solution design through development and delivery—ensuring high-quality user experiences are delivered efficiently and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across cross-functional teams, managing multiple workstreams and complex product features
• Bridge technical and business domains by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on priorities, and championing the product vision
• Collaborate with product design and marketing teams to conduct competitive research, identify customer needs, and define new value propositions
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software and exceptional user experiences that solve real customer problems
• Produce product documentation, including product briefs, clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmap progress reports
• Drive best practices within a fast-paced Agile environment, ensuring strong delivery cadence and team alignment
• Take ownership of product delivery timelines, ensuring releases meet defined requirements and quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ experience a Product Manager role within a large-scale product organization or similar environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes
• Experience owning and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and key results (OKRs), ideally using SaaS-based roadmapping tools
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Experience within the OTT / online video industry, with subject matter expertise in delivering user-centric streaming products
• A track record of addressing customer needs through innovative use of technology and influencing outcomes across different contexts
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery aligned with product vision, roadmap, and customer value
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as support, marketing, training, and sales to successfully bring products to market and drive adoption globally
