UX Developer

We’re looking for a UX Developer to help shape seamless and impactful user experiences across our applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to transform complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI implementations
• Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies (e.g., Tailwind CSS, AlpineJS, Livewire)
• Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with the product team
•  Continuously refine user flows and interaction patterns based on feedback and analytics
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), performance, and responsive design standards
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX concepts

Requirements

• Proven experience in front-end development and UX design, ideally within SaaS or B2B applications
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (TailwindCSS), JavaScript (AlpineJS), and ideally Laravel Livewire
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and version control (e.g., GitLab)
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design
• Analytical thinking and a user-first mindset
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across teams
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
