Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by executing thorough manual testing and documenting any issues or bugs. You will work closely with our development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues before the software is released to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications
• Identify, isolate, and document issues and bugs found during testing
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in the release process and ensure the software meets quality standards
• Continuously improve the testing process by identifying and implementing best practices and tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing techniques
• Experience with test case management and bug-tracking tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work
