Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on establishing best practices and delivery excellence, combined with an affinity for security, to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and optimization of workloads across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring efficient resource allocation, cost management, and system scalability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability across environments.
• Refine and streamline CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD to enable faster, more reliable deployments, and improve overall deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud cost management by right-sizing resources, leveraging spot and reserved instances, and optimizing instance utilization.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address issues in the cloud infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability.
• Work with security teams to ensure that security best practices are incorporated into DevOps processes, focusing on areas such as secure infrastructure provisioning, vulnerability management, and access controls.
• Help ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, and other relevant regulations through collaboration with security teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud environments.
• A strong understanding of cloud security best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with security teams to ensure secure infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST, GDPR, and others.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to continuously improve and optimize cloud infrastructure.
