Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled MAC Engineer with a strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) utilizing platforms such as JAMF, SCCM, Intune, or MaaS360. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling MacOS, Sentinel One, JamfPro, Microsoft Office (O365), and the Adobe Creative Suite. The role entails providing advanced technical support, automated software deployment, and ensuring the highest standards of system availability on the Mac OS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools to automate compliance and security audit requests effectively.
• Create automation tools to enhance the management of endpoints using JAMF.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Assist in projects and tasks beyond routine responsibilities as needed.
• Take ownership of projects, overseeing them from inception to completion, establishing milestones, and ensuring deliverables.
• Regularly contribute to IT documentation and the Knowledge Base.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably with expertise in JAMF (or equivalent platforms such as SCCM, Intune, MaaS360).
• Completion of multiple moderately complex technical tasks related to MDM.
• Proficiency in MacOS, Sentinel One, JamfPro, Microsoft Office (O365), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for technical queries on the Mac OS platform.
• Capability to automate software deployment to user workstations using JAMF management solutions.
