Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a dynamic team in the entertainment industry. The role involves collaborating with the Analyst team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Analyst will be responsible for preparing and executing test plans, testing software, and ensuring that all components meet the company’s standards and guidelines. The role requires hands-on experience in testing services, APIs, and mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be part of and actively contribute to stand-ups and client meetings
• To work within the Analyst team to assist with the preparation of test plans and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards.
• To assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts.
• To ensure high quality and accuracy are maintained through to software release.
• To prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
• Hands-on experience testing services / APIs and mobile applications on Android and iOS
• To prepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
• To provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
• To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development team for project scheduling purposes.

Other responsibilities:

• Liaising with Project Managers
• Working to the specified timeframe or budget
• Communication of job status to project leader
• Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude to all assignments

Requirements

• 5+ experience in with QA
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
