Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead global IT systems, software, and application projects. This role is critical in ensuring successful employee adoption of new tools and processes while minimizing resistance on a global scale.

As an OCM Specialist, you will create and implement tailored strategies and plans, conduct change impact analyses, and work closely with IT and business project teams to integrate change management into project plans. Your expertise will help senior leaders, project teams, and managers navigate and execute change initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies and plans.
• Perform detailed change impact analyses and identify cross-functional stakeholders.
• Integrate change management activities into overarching project plans.
• Provide coaching and support to project teams, senior leaders, and managers on their roles in driving change.
• Coordinate the delivery of change management initiatives across global teams.
• Ensure alignment with global goals and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Certification: Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 4+ years in a similar role within a global organization.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Language: Fluency in German is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with global organizational structures and cross-cultural team dynamics.
