DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an analytical thinker and problem solver who is eager to leverage their technical expertise to make a significant impact. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in constructing, testing, and upholding the tools essential for accelerating software development and releases. Moreover, you will be tasked with constructing, setting up, and overseeing the infrastructure required for seamless software operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the infrastructure you create is robust and maintains the highest standards of information security and data privacy.
• Thoroughly document your work, producing clear and comprehensible documentation for the benefit of future collaborators.
• Construct, fine-tune, and uphold the requisite infrastructure. Employ automation for the setup, maintenance, and surveillance of the infrastructure.
• Establish, validate, and sustain the infrastructure for the tools integral to our software development and deployment processes.
• Your role includes optimizing the workflow from the development phase to the release.
• Participate in an agile manner, actively engaging in rituals and practices within the team.
• Play an integral role in cross-team initiatives, collaborating closely with development teams on shared projects.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a DevOps/SRE role
• Previous experience with Kubernetes container orchestration (using K8s within the AWS ecosystem)
• Solid background in AWS tools (including RDS, EC2, SQS), as well as terraform
• Familiarity with the following technologies is considered advantageous: Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, and GitHub Actions.
• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
