We are seeking a Product Owner to join a Digital Delivery Team, working on best-in-class web and mobile solutions for innovative, industry-leading clients.
The Product Owner will be an integral part of one or more project teams and will be involved throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery, run, and maintenance. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner within Scrum teams
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead to create and maintain the product backlog based on client and business needs
- Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize business value
- Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration
- Ensure the team always has well-defined and prioritized work ready for execution
- Actively identify and help mitigate impediments impacting sprint and release goals
- Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and industry trends
- Manage risks and issues (identification, prioritization, mitigation, and escalation) in line with project requirements
- Conduct ad-hoc research and business analysis to evaluate opportunities and risks
- Represent the customer voice and ensure continuous delivery of value
- Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination within the team
- Define and track success metrics to measure product and delivery outcomes
- Support and motivate cross-functional teams, maintaining strong team health and collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
- Experience delivering digital products (web and/or mobile)
- Experience with B2B (enterprise, back-office, extranets) and/or B2C (user-facing applications) projects
- Strong business acumen combined with solid technical understanding
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with Jira is considered an advantage
