We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and support the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering and translating business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that product and project outcomes align with organizational goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support Product Owners and delivery teams by maintaining and refining the product backlog and assisting with sprint planning.
- Conduct gap analyses, assess business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user research to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create user stories, process models, wireframes, and other documentation to support development and QA teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and designers to ensure effective communication and delivery.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend refinements based on data analysis and feedback.
- Contribute to UAT planning and execution by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating outcomes.
- Assist in the development of business cases, ROI analyses, and performance KPIs for proposed solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 5+ experience in of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or digital environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced Agile teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN), user story mapping, and requirement traceability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
