Technical Architect (PowerPlatform, D365CE, Azure Integrations)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect who brings a blend of deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide delivery teams toward building secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

As the day-to-day technical lead, you will provide direction across multiple teams, ensure architectural consistency, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designed and delivered solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Led technical discussions and resolved architectural questions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversaw case management, queues, and service routing while integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with the broader Power Platform.
• Worked with Power Pages and model-driven apps, including authentication and embedded hosting considerations.
• Collaborated with project managers to support planning, estimation, resourcing, and technical dependencies.
• Reviewed solution documentation, design decisions, and ALM processes to maintain quality and clarity.
• Coordinated with multiple delivery partners to keep projects on track and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven expertise with Azure services and integration technologies.
• Deep understanding of API integrations, case management, and enterprise data models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor teams and guide technical delivery.
• Experience supporting project managers and aligning technical execution with project planning.
• Knowledge of solution governance, security, and best practices across cloud and enterprise ecosystems.
