Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive the improvement of small to medium initiatives within the portfolios. As a key member of the team, you will support the Portfolio Manager in ensuring the successful delivery and governance of projects within the portfolio. This role will also require you to manage key Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processes, ensuring their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Driving improvement of small to medium initiatives across projects.
• Supporting Portfolio Manager with the delivery and governance of projects within the portfolio.
• Audit and compliance to framework.
• Managing project and portfolio financials.
• Reporting on delivery of the portfolio and managing key delivery KPIs.
• Supporting Project Framework and PPM tool – divisional.
• Proactive and independent support to the PM in delivery of project and driving certain project deliverables.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Manage key PMO tools and processes.

Requirements

• PRINCE 2, PMP or other project management qualification.
• Experience using Agile frameworks, knowledge of SAFe is preferable.
• Strong data analysis and reporting, experience with SQL or other database preferable.
• Committed to on time delivery.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
