Senior Business Analyst

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. The Business Analyst will be key in translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed business and functional requirement documents.
• Analyze and optimize business workflows, systems, and processes.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT/development teams.
• Facilitate communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use data analytics tools to analyze trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
