Product Owner

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join a Digital Product team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions for innovative, industry-leading customers. The role focuses on shaping and evolving a strategic product that will serve as a core company asset, enabling clients to engage their audiences through compelling web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for one or more Scrum teams, owning the product roadmap and ensuring effective delivery
• Drive product success by maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria adhere to best practices
• Serve as the voice of the customer by leading ideation and discovery initiatives and working with research teams to gather and share insights
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Technology Director to define sprint goals aligned with product strategy and OKRs
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning activities, prioritizing work based on business value and ROI
• Provide clear business context and analysis to support technical backlog items and development decisions
• Work with Product Design and Engineering teams to plan upcoming releases and enhancements
• Partner with Marketing teams to support go-to-market activities and value-driven messaging for new product releases
• Support the resolution of customer issues within the scope of the product roadmap
• Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Experience delivering digital products, including end-to-end websites and mobile applications
• Solid experience in the mobile domain, including native app development, third-party integrations, and app publication processes
• Experience working on B2B products (enterprise platforms, back-office systems, extranets) and/or B2C user-facing applications
• Strong business acumen combined with solid technical understanding
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with publishing platforms or CMS solutions is considered a plus
