Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of proven workplace experience. You will develop and implement technologies in support of business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing issues, system design and business requirements and interfacing intelligently and effectively with managers, team leaders and members of the user community. Your work will result in increased client satisfaction, improved delivery and implementation practices and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with all members of the delivery team including analysts, developers, designers, QA testers, and project leadership
• Effectively communicate with client stakeholders
• Produce documentation supporting development activities
• Accurate task, deliverable and time tracking in enterprise systems

Requirements 

• Experience in data modeling, especially relational data modeling
• Strong experience in all phases of the SDLC
• Experience with eliciting and documenting technical requirements using Agile methodology
• Exposure to working in a version control environment, preferably Git
• Experience using basic statistics to describe data
• Experience in data mapping
• Experience in a client facing role
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work
