AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI Specialist

We are seeking an AI/ML expert to join a dynamic team and work on training and developing cutting-edge generative AI models across text, image, and video domains.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop advanced text, image, and video generation models by fine-tuning and modifying foundational models to align with our specific use cases.
• Build efficient data preprocessing and cleaning pipelines to support model training.
• Optimize models for deployment, considering performance, latency, and resource utilization.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest research in the field of generative AI.
• Work autonomously and take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch, deep learning, and model training on cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and deploying generative AI models.
• Research experience in AI.
