Senior Software Engineer (.NET/React.js)

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET and React.js. In this role, you'll tackle complex challenges across a variety of industries, contributing to both long-term digital transformation initiatives and fast-paced, agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural and technological decisions across multiple projects
• Provide technical mentorship and daily support to software engineers
• Drive innovation by encouraging autonomy and problem-solving within the team
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and development impediments
• Offer technical insights and contribute to team-wide development strategies
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend and frontend systems

Requirements

• 5+ experience in full-stack software development
• Strong back-end proficiency with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server and building APIs and backend services
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React
• Proficient with Git version control
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
