How do I join Adeva?

At the moment, Adeva supports Software Engineers, Data Experts, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and QAs. If you have at least 4-5 years of experience in the industry, you can simply start your application process here.

Testing & Screening

How does the screening process look like?

The screening process with Adeva has 3 levels and it’s designed to evaluate engineering capabilities as well as communication skills and professionalism.

How long does the screening process take?

The screening process has multiple stages and typically takes a few weeks to complete. Once you’ve submitted your application, we'll guide you through the rest of the screening process and onboard you to our platform.

What happens if I don't pass the screening?

If for any reason you didn’t pass the screening, you can re-start the application process in 12 months.

If I fail the interview with one particular customer, will I have an opportunity for another client?

You will have the chance to be presented to other clients for similar positions.


What kind of companies does Adeva work with?

Our customers are usually either well-established enterprises or startups that are scaling fast and want to work with distributed teams.

What types of engagements does Adeva support?

There are two types of engagements - full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time engagement (20 hours per week). A minimum engagement length is 3 months.

What happens when my contract ends?

If you and the client decide to continue, the contract is renewed. Otherwise, we will connect you with a new client for a similar position.

Are days off and holidays calculated in the salary package?

Vacation policies also vary from client to client and the time off is unpaid unless otherwise specified.


As we are a fully distributed network and remote work is the norm - each of the engineering talent that is part of the network is expected to use their own equipment.

In the specific cases where special equipment is required, we assist our customers to purchase and ship the equipment where needed.


How do I get paid?

You’ll get paid once a month for the previous month. We run automated billing and invoicing and we work closely with each of our customers so you can stay focused on your engagement.

You can choose to get paid directly to your bank account via wire transfer or using Payoneer

Does Adeva take a cut of my earnings?

No. Adeva is free of charge for talent and it does not take a cut from your earningsk.
